HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL DAN KOMITMEN DOSEN POLITEKNIK NEGERI BANJARMASIN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan komitmen dosen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin dengan sampel sebanyak 123 orang diambil secara acak proporsional dari 175 orang dosen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan komitmen adalah skala likert. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik korelasi product-momen dari Person. Dari hasil analisis,dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,400; (2) ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan spiritual dan komitmen dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,584 (3); ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan komitmen dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,358

Steganografi Video H263 dengan Metode Discrete Cosine Transform

Intisari — Steganografi merupakan teknik penyembunyian sinyal informasi dengan cara menyisipkan informasi ke dalam media tertentu sehingga orang tidak menyadari keberadaan pesan tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menyisipkan pesan ke dalam video H263 menggunakan metode Discrete Cosine Transform, yaitu melakukan perubahan terhadap nilai koefisien DCT pada video sesuai dengan pesan masukan serta mengimplementasikan teknik steganografi menggunakan perangkat lunak XGP Desktop dan mengukur kualitas video menggunakan nilai PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio). Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah telah berhasil melakukan penyisipan pesan ke dalam video H263 dan dapat mengekstraksi kembali pesan tersebut menggunakan kunci yang sama. Hasil pengukuran kualitas video yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak pesan yang disisipkan maka kualitas video akan semakin buruk. Abstract — Steganography is a technique of hiding confidential information signal by inserting message into certain media so that people are not aware of the existence of the messrage. Research conducted by inserting messages into video H263 using Discrete Cosine Transform, which made changes to the value of DCT coefficients in a video in accordance with the input message and implement steganographic techniques using software XGP Desktop and measure video quality using PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio). The final results obtained is has succeeded in inserting messages into H263 video and can extract the message using the same key. PENGARUH KADAR AIR DAN NILAI MATRIC SUCTION DALAM PENENTUAN PARAMETER TEKNIS TANAH JENUH SEBAGIAN

A change partially saturated soil conditions(unsaturated) becomes saturated(saturated) as a result of the changing seasons will cause problems in the geotechnical field. Changes in water contentdue to precipitation, evaporation and evapotranspiration will affect the soil shear stress. Partially saturated soil behavioris more complex than the saturated soil. The extent to which the influence of matric suction value, a measure of the soil saturated portion of the soil shear strength changes the purpose of this study.       The soil type is silt kelempungan used in Unggaran Sta18+600. Specimens made by field density(γd, field) with variations in water content. Measurement of matric suction values was conducted using filter paper which refers to the ASTM D5298-03. Direct shear testing performed by water content variation store present changes inthe value o fmatric suction.      According to the USCS , the soil including soil type MH with field water content in the soil subgrade 50.7 % did not meet highway subgrade . The relationship between water content and degree of saturation and matric suction can be described through the SWCC curve fitting and estimates contained in SoilVision 4.19. SWCC fitting is suitable for use while Brooks and Corey Fredlund and Wilson PTF suitable to represent the SWCC curve estimation . SWCC curve estimates are quite far from the experimental data to test the filter paper still needs to be done .SoilVision program is very useful for describing both the SWCC curve fitting and estimation methods . From the research , it was found that the water content contained in the soil will affect value of matric suction , shear strength parameters of the soil and its CBR value.The higher water content or degree saturation of the soil , the more  value of matric suction , the soil shear strength parameters ( cohesion and angle of friction in )as well as its CBR value will fall

The Integration of Religious Moderation Values in Islamic Religious Education Learning at Public Universities (Efforts and Constraints in the Implementation of Anti-Radicalism Education)

The development of radical understandings and attitudes that also penetrate the campus world that needs to be addressed by including religious moderation and understanding of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in Public Universities in the framework of implementing anti-radicalism education in IRE learning in Public Universities. This study aims to see the integration of moderation values in IRE learning in public universities in the application of anti-radicalism education, as well as what alarms are the obstacles. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with the analysis stages in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that first, the values of religious moderation have been integrated in the learning of IRE in Public Universities through materials related to tolerance, brotherhood (ukhuwah), and the concept of Islamic teachings as a religion of rahmatan lil 'alamin. Second, the implementation of anti-radicalism education in IRE learning at public universities is seen from the content of the Semester Learning Plan (SLP) and Subject Learning Outcomes (SLO), most of the respondents have formulated it, only a small part is not specifically. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHER TRAINING INSTITUTION (LPTK) IN MATCH WITH INDONESIAN QUALIFICATION FRAMEWORK (IQF)

Besides the Law number 12/2012 article 1, the higher education curriculum for study program is also mentioned in  Presidential Decree No. 8/2012 about  Indonesian Qualification Framework (IQF) and Permendikbud Number 73/2013.  It brings some impacts on several areas of education system, including curriculum in higher education, standard of workers’ competences and also the wage system. For LPTK, the level 6 of IQF which describes the generic competences  in detail as learning outcome (LO) can be a guide for the institution in redeveloping curriculum. Clearly mentioned that study program must design, implement and evaluate the curriculum based on IQF. The problem is IQF is still oriented mostly on recognition of qualifications meanwhile the requirements in designing academic oriented curriculum is still referred to Kepmendikbud No. 232 Tahun 2000 dan No. 045 Tahun 2002. therefore, implementing IQF in redeveloping curriculum for teachers education programs needs time to adapt curricula towards learning outcomes

Rancang Bangun Sistem Keamanan Kendaraan Bermotor Berbasis GPS (Global Positioning System) dan Koneksi Bluetooth

Intisari--- Rancang bangun sistem keamanan kendaraan bermotor berbasis GPS dan koneksi Bluetooth dilengkapi fitur keamanan darurat dengan akurasi dan presisi yang menunjang terwujudnya sistem keamanan interaktif. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan berupa perancangan (perancangan perangkat keras dan aplikasi pada smartphone)  dan pengujian (pengujian subsistem dan pengujian sistem keseluruhan). Data penelitian berupa data hasil pengujian subsistem komunikasi Bluetooth, deteksi GPS, komunikasi GSM, dan rele.Pengiriman data antara Bluetooth Module dan Bluetooth pada smartphone dapat mencapai 10 meter.Akurasi GPS Receiver yang digunakan adalah kurang dari 7 meter.Terdapat selisih 4 m hingga 18 m pada penentuan posisi kendaraan yang dilakukan oleh sistem dan smartphone.Hal ini dikarenakan kondisi lingkungan sangat berpengaruh terhadap akurasi data GPS yang diperoleh.Kata kunci--- GPS, GSM, Bluetooth, Sistem Keamanan, Smartphone.                                      Abstract--- Design of motor vehicle security system based on GPS and Bluetooth connection on android smartphone equipped with an emergency safety feature with accruracy and precision that support the realization of interactive security system. This research method was done by  design (design of hardware and applications on smartphones) and testing (testing subsystems and the overall system testing). The research data is data communication subsystem test result Bluetooth, GPS detection, GSM communication and action relay. Data transmission between Bluetooth module and Bluetooth on the smartphone can reach 10 meters.Accuracy  GPS receiver that is  used is less than 7 meters. There is a differenceof  4 m to 18 m in the positioning of vehicles carried by the system and smartphones. ANALISIS RANTAI NILAI (VALUE CHAIN) PEMASARAN KOPI ARABIKA DI KABUPATEN ACEH TENGAH

Kabupaten Aceh Tengah adalah sentera produksi kopi di Provinsi Aceh walaupun kopi merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan masyarakat di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yaitu sulitnya petani mengontrol harga pasar dan petani membutuhkan modal dengan cepat, sehingga para petani menjual hasil produksi dalam bentuk segar, tanpa melakukan pengolahan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui 1. Struktur, perilaku dan kinerja pasar. 2. Menganalisis Rantai Nilai pemasaran kopi arabika di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Besarnya populasi keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini adalah 802 orang petani sampel yang diambil 10 %, dari keseluruhan populasi yaitu 82 responden petani. Sedangkan untuk pedagang pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik snowball sampling, terdapat 8 orang pedagang agen, 4 orang pedagang besar, 2 orang eksportir dan 5 orang pengusaha pengolah kopi sangrai dan bubuk kopi. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis stucture conduct performace (SCP) yang melihat pemasaran kopi dari petani hingga konsumen akhir, nilai tambah hayami yang melihat dari sisi pengolahan kopi segar menjadi kopi sangrai dan bubuk kopi. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pemasaran kopi arabika di daerah penelitian memiliki 4 saluran pemasaran, dengan structur pasar cenderung oligopsoni. Consentrasi pasar menunjukan hasil 1,4, pasar terconsentrasi kuat, dan Minimum Efficsiency Scale (MES) sebesar 11,6 %yang berarti terdapat hambatan masuk pasar. Marjin keuntungan tertinggi terdapat pada pelaku pengolah kopi hijau basah menjadi kopi rosting yaitu mencapai RP.28.700,- per Kg sedangkan Farmer Share tertinggi mencapai 91 % terdapat pada pelaku pedangang besar yaitu dengan melakukan pengolahan kopi gabah menjadi kopi hijau basah hanya melakukan pengilingan pengelupasan kulit tanduk saja, lalu langsung menjual kembali kepada ekspotir. Rantai nilai pada pemasaran pengolahan kopi arabika terdapat aktivitas perimer dan aktivitas pendukung. Pengolahan kopi dilihat pada proses kopi rosting yang memiliki rasio nilai tambah sebesar 19 % per Kg. Sedangkan rasio nilai tambah pada pengolahan bubuk kopi 7,74 % per Kg. Saran yang diperlukan adalah peningkatan peran pemerintah maupun lembaga dalam pemasaran kopi arabika untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pihak yang terlibat dalam aktivitas tersebut. Reinterpretasi Persepsi Keagamaan tentang Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan (Perspektif Maqashid al-Syariah)

Abstract: Conceptually, the existence of religion is actually an alternative for the creation of a reality without violence, especially against women. Islam introduces the concept of preventing violence against women which refers to substantive verses (ushuliyah), as well as a general purpose / basis of sharia (maqashid al-syariah). In the context of married life, there are some basic rules put forward by the Al Quran as a guarantee for the benefit of a wife to avoid physical and psychological violence in relation to fulfilling her rights as a woman. This paper seeks to analyze and find the idea of benefit outlined by sharia in its relevance to efforts to prevent violence in a broad sense as upholding the principles of justice, human rights, and protection of life as the embodiment of maqashid al sharia. In understanding several verses, it is often questioned that the interpretation tends to give priority to men and downplay metaphors. In fact, these verses do not mean to denigrate women, they only refer to social roles and roles based on gender (gender roles), even generally having a history of sabab al-nuzul, so they are very historical. Generally verses like this are intended to support and realize the general purpose (maqashid) of the essential verses (ushul) which are also the central theme of the Quran. Abstrak: Secara konsep, keberadaan agama sesungguhnya menjadi alternatif bagi terciptanya realitas tanpa kekerasan khususnya terhadap perempuan. Islam memperkenalkan konsep pencegahan kekerasan terhadap perempuan yang mengacu pada ayat-ayat subtantif (ushuliyah), sekaligus menjadi tujuan umum/dasar syariah (maqashid al-syariah). Dalam konteks kehidupan berumah tangga terdapat beberapa aturan dasar yang diketengahkan Al Quran sebagai jaminan kemaslahatan bagi seorang istri untuk terhindar dari tindakan kekerasan fisik maupun psikis dalam kaitannya dengan pemenuhan hak-haknya sebagai perempuan. Tulisan ini berupaya menganalisis dan menemukan gagasan kemaslahatan yang digariskan syariat dalam relevansinya dengan upaya pencegahan tindak kekerasan dalam makna yang luas sebagai penegakkan prinsip keadilan, hak asasi, dan perlindungan hidup sebagai perwujudan maqashid al-syariah. Dalam memahami beberapa ayat, sering dipermasalahkan penafsiran yang cenderung memberi keutamaan kepada  laki-laki dan mengecilkan perumpuan. Padahal sesungguhnya ayat-ayat ini tidak bermaksud  merendahkan kaum perempuan, ia hanya merujuk pada fungsi dan peran sosial berdasarkan jenis kelamin (gender roles), bahkan umumnya mempunyai riwayat sabab al-nuzul, jadi sifatnya sangat historis. Umumnya ayat-ayat seperti ini dimaksudkan untuk mendukung dan mewujudkan tujuan umum (maqashid) ayat-ayat esensial (ushul) yang juga menjadi tema sentral Al Quran
